Returns & Order Support

At the Fox & Anchor Store, every item is custom-made to order through our trusted production partner, Printify. Because each product is created specifically for your purchase, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right quickly.

  • Because all Fox & Anchor products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported for buyer mistakes, including:

    • ordering the wrong size

    • choosing the wrong color

    • accidental duplicate orders

    • changing your mind after purchase

    Please review all sizing guides, product descriptions, and artwork previews before checkout.

  • If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, shipping damage, or printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • your order number

    • a short description of the issue

    • clear photos of the defect

    • if multiple items are affected, one photo showing all affected items together

    After review, we will provide either:

    • a free replacement, or

    • a full refund

    No return shipment is required for damaged items.

  • If an order is returned because of:

    • an incorrect shipping address

    • failed delivery attempts

    • an unclaimed package

    we can help arrange a replacement shipment.

    Please note that additional shipping or production charges may apply in these situations.

  • Each product is individually produced using print-on-demand methods.

    Because of this, slight variations may occur, including:

    • minor print placement shifts

    • small alignment differences

    • slight crop changes depending on product size

    For apparel, a print shift of up to 0.5 inches is considered normal production tolerance.

    Additionally, screen brightness, phone displays, and monitor calibration can cause slight color differences between what you see online and the final printed product.

    This is especially normal with our painterly acrylic artwork, textured backgrounds, and gallery-style canvas prints.
